Craig your Leaseweb result shows network throughput at 3.1 Gbps on 10 Gbps port. Possible congestion or rate limiting at 30% capacity.
For comparison: 500 Gbps attack filtered last Tuesday. Scrubbing center in Ashburn. Anycast propagation time 45 seconds. Clean traffic backhauled over private fiber.
Hetzner 890 MB/s from earlier matches SATA SSD controller behind NVMe bridge. Common cost-cutting.
CPU: AMD EPYC 9754
Single Core: 2012
Multi Core: 156000
RAM: 1024 GB DDR5 ECC
Disk: 6.4 TB NVMe Gen5
Seq Read: 12400 MB/s
Seq Write: 9800 MB/s
Network: 200 Gbps
Ashburn: 0.8 ms / 189 Gbps
Frankfurt: 78 ms / 156 Gbps
Geekbench 6: 2678 SC / 155800 MC
Filtering layer 3-7. No scrubbing latency measurable at this bandwidth.
mitigated 800Gbps before breakfast

Observation: Gen5 NVMe is rare in VPS market
WARNING: consumer pricing unlikely
- my_result:
Provider: Time4VPS
Location: Vilnius
NOTE: same as pauloserver but different plan
---
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D
Single Core: 2456
Multi Core: 24890
RAM: 128 GB DDR5
Disk: 2 TB NVMe Gen4
Seq Read: 7100 MB/s
Seq Write: 6200 MB/s
Network: 10 Gbps
Miami: 125 ms / 2.1 Gbps
Vilnius: 2 ms / 9.4 Gbps
Geekbench 6: 2890 SC / 24870 MC
---
- comparison:
- vs pauloserver: same provider, different tier
- vs danfra: NOTE: Gen4 vs Gen5, price gap significant
- recommendation: adequate for most workloads

YuriDavid The Vour Numbers Are Very Nice I Am Thinking
I Have Tested The Hostinger Again Because The Refund From marcus_qc Made Me Curious About The Vhole Company
fio came back at 180 MB/s
I Am Getting 220 MB/s On The Same Plan I Am Thinking The Vatermark Is Variable
CPU: Intel Xeon E-2236
Single Core: 1123
Multi Core: 6234
RAM: 32 GB DDR4
Disk: 500 GB NVMe
Seq Read: 220 MB/s
Seq Write: 195 MB/s
Network: 1 Gbps
Amsterdam: 14 ms / 940 Mbps
London: 18 ms / 920 Mbps
Geekbench 6: 1234 SC / 6210 MC
Varning: Do Not Buy The NVMe Plan It Is Not Real NVMe I Am Thinking

Nate_pad heads up: YABS = Yet Another Bench Script. Pro tip: dont run on shared hosting, you will disturb neighbors and maybe get suspended.
For actual numbers, Oracle Cloud free tier:
1. Sign up with any credit card (not charged)
2. Pick Ampere A1 in region with capacity
3. 4 ARM cores, 24 GB RAM, 200 GB boot volume free forever
4. Run yabs, post here
My result from San Jose:
