My RackNerd Amsterdam: 99.94% over 18 months. One 26-minute outage, proactive ticket opened. OVHcloud London: 99.87% over 12 months. Degraded performance 4 times, no status page updates. Cheap costs more in monitoring labor.
Many providers interpret this narrowly.

Is yabs safe to run? I saw it downloads stuff and my professor said be careful with scripts from internet
I have a Hostinger student plan, $5/mo, 1 CPU / 2GB. Haven't run yabs yet cause scared lol

Is working fine for nginx proxy only. Yabs is giving this:
CPU: AMD EPYC 7452
Single: 2100
Multi: 2100
Disk: 450 MB/s
Network: 900 Mbit/sNot bad for cheap only :-)
For what it's worth, running arbitrary curl | bash pipelines on production mail infrastructure is ill-advised regardless of script reputation.
Hot take: your SPF record mechanics matter more than your YABS single-core score. I have seen properly warmed IPs on "slow" EPYC nodes hit 98% inbox placement while "fast" boxes with missing TLSA records get RBL'd within 48 hours.
If you must benchmark, spin up an identical staging instance. Not your MX.

To address the security concerns raised: as a customer, I've found Contabo's standard practice is to recommend customers run YABS in a disposable environment first. I'm happy to check your specific node performance via DM if results seem inconsistent with their published specs.
