1. I try to buy the Vultr but sold out like everyone
2. I get the Time4VPS 2GB for €12/yw instead
3. The network to SG is 42ms, very nice

The Debian run very smooth, no problem at all very much

The HostHatch server, sweet af, incha'allah the uptime stays 100%

I buy the InterServer 4GB : 45$/yr, very nice the ping to Casa 65ms

Before I run the docker (yeah, reykjavik_doc, I know...) I check the kernel : 5.15, not bad

My haul :

Oh my, so many shiny new servers! But did you test your restore?

Before you all get too deep into tuning your network stacks, remember:

3 copies of your data
2 different media types
1 offsite backup

I picked up a 2TB Storage Box from Hetzner for €4/mo. Their SFTP/WebDAV endpoint makes my rclone scripts happy. The real Black Friday deal is peace of mind when that RAID card fails at 2am.

Did anyone else grab backup storage, or are we all just collecting VPS like Pokémon?
