I once ran a full Windows Server 2019 instance on a KnownHost VPS (https://www.knownhost.com) purely to host a single Access database for a book club. The Linux users in this thread would have wept. It cost me $18 a month and the database had twelve records. In my experience, it was perfectly stable, though I recognize this is not a popular opinion here.
Have you tried restarting it?

My OVHcloud box has 128GB ECC, 24 cores, and I run a single Redis instance with one key. ONE KEY. The key is "hello". The value is "world". Latency is 0.02ms. I could run the entire book club in L1 cache. This is how you VPS.

Same but different. I have Hostinger VPS with 1GB RAM only, but I run 47 Docker container, all hello-world. They exit immediately, so I just restart them with cron. My server is 99% idle but docker ps show many line. Same but different.

Ok so I had this malý server on RackNerd once and I ran nothing but nix-collect-garbage in a loop for three days straight ~ just to watch the store shrink and grow shrink and grow like a breathing thing arch btw the systemd unit was called garbage-breathing.service and it had a nice value of -20 because obviously garbage collection deserves priority over everything else my uptime was 420 days when they finally emailed me about the disk thrashing
