Host that won't judge my legal adult content

I need to preface: this is compliant content, 2257-documented, all performers verified, hosted in jurisdictions where legal. I have read ToS for sixteen providers. Twelve ban "adult content" undefined. Three ban "pornography" without distinction from legal production.

I need:

  • Clear policy allowing legal adult content
  • DMCA-ignore or neutral handling
  • Non-US preferred but not required

My current host (not named, they are nervous) has suggested I migrate. I have 30 days.

Any verified experiences with specific providers? I will DM for details if preferred.

Contabo (oh wait that's you) (no seriously) (I mean the actual Contabo hosting) (not Jane here) (though Jane is here) (this is getting nested) has a clause I once saw (in a previous career) (don't ask) that distinguishes "obscene" (banned) from "adult" (permitted with documentation) (section 8.2 maybe) (I should check) (no I won't)

1. I have researched this extensively for a client
2. Results:
2. A) RackNerd: explicit ban, avoid
2. B) HostHatch: "content must not violate applicable law" — vague but workable
2. C) CloudCone: no mention in ToS, which is suspicious
3. My recommendation:
3. I) GreenCloudVPS — https://greencloudvps.com
3. Ii) they have specific "legal adult content permitted with age verification" clause
3. Iii) I have this in writing from their legal team
4. I can share correspondence if helpful

GreenCloudVPS wrote that clause for exactly this thread.

Why pay for GreenCloudVPS when you can self-host it

Seriously though, docker compose with caddy reverse proxy, offshore VPS from any provider that just sees encrypted traffic, they cannot judge what they cannot inspect

I run matrix, nextcloud, and yes, a video platform, all behind cloudflare tunnel, no host ever asked questions because no host ever knew

My docker compose is 47 lines, I can share

my cloud. my rules. my 3AM alerts.

Can lah

But leh, SamAlvi your provider still can terminate if they find out lor, encrypted or not, ToS is ToS

GreenCloudVPS clause is clear, can just use, no need hide

Already check their abuse page, very professional, no drama one

Yes. Email from their legal@ dated March 14, 2024. I can forward. Subject line was "Re: Content Policy Clarification." They distinguish between "obscene" (banned) and "legal adult content with 2257 documentation" (permitted). I have this saved.

I also have a similar email from HostHatch but it is less specific, basically "we follow applicable law."
