Please do. I will also contact them directly before any migration. My current host (Contabo, yes, I work there, I am the ticket reader) has been good to me personally but corporate is nervous about US-facing liability.
I should clarify: my content is EU-produced, 2257-equivalent documentation, but primary traffic is US. This is the tension.
HostHatch has a datacenter in Buenos Aires. I have a VPS there. Never asked about content, but I run a jellyfin server with linux isos, not adult.
The Buenos Aires location is not on their main website last I checked but it exists. Latency to US is bad though.
This is the whole game. Nobody wants to be the test case for FOSTA-SESTA interpretation. GreenCloudVPS can write whatever clause they want, if a US court orders their payment processor to freeze, the clause does not pay your migration costs.
I would look at where the company banks, not just where they host.
This is bad advice dressed as paranoia. Encrypted traffic does not hide bandwidth patterns, DMCA complaints still route to the host, and "I did not know" is not a defense if your ToS says "no adult content" and they find out.
I have moderated three threads where people tried this. Two ended in data loss.
I did not advise breaking ToS. I said pick a provider with no content restriction in ToS, then encrypt. Different thing entirely.
My current VPS provider says "legal content only." That is the whole policy. Two sentences. I am not hiding from them, I am choosing one that does not micromanage.
But yes, if your ToS bans it, do not do this. Obviously.

Has anyone mentioned M247? They have a "content neutral" policy for their Romanian operation. I have not used them directly but I have seen their abuse responses, very formulaic, very slow, which is good if you need time to migrate.
Romania is EU, so you keep GDPR headaches, but no UK/US moral panic.

In Mexico we have KIO Networks, but they are enterprise priced, not VPS. For VPS I use HostHatch Los Angeles, their "applicable law" clause is vague by design I think.
I would not host adult in US datacenter regardless of company policy. Too many seizures happen with no trial.
This is the real thread. GreenCloudVPS banks where? HostHatch banks where? If they process USD through a US correspondent bank, OFAC can still reach them even if the company is Vietnamese or Singaporean.
Jane, have you looked at AbeloHost? Netherlands, explicit adult-allowed policy, been around since 2012. I have no personal experience but their ToS is copy-pasted on forums every time this question comes up.
AbeloHost is good, I have two clients using them. One is cam platform, one is clip store. Both stable for 2+ years. Support is slow but honest.
GreenCloudVPS also good, my friend use for video streaming. But he say their Vietnam datacenter have routing issues to Australia, use Singapore or LA instead.
Following this thread closely. I am in similar situation but with legal cannabis content, which is also "adult" in many ToS even where legal. The banking problem Carl and Doug mention is real. I lost a processor last year because their US partner got nervous.
