From Auckland: latency to Let's Encrypt is fine but latency to OVHcloud API in Sydney is painful. I moved my DNS to a local provider. acme.sh with --dns dns_nsd worked better for me.

Auckland represent. Also packet loss on dnsperf UDP mode is invisible unless you check the final stats line. Everyone looks at the big number, nobody reads the fine print.

I'm with Lag on the mixed feelings. Auto-renew saved my .co.nz but the exchange rate hit different—USD charged, NZD account, bank fee every time. Manual lets me batch renew when rates favour me.

Not everyone here thinks in USD.

AbeloHost is good, I have two clients using them. One is cam platform, one is clip store. Both stable for 2+ years. Support is slow but honest.
