APNIC totally different bro they dont even have legacy recovery like this
APNIC has waiting list and transfer market only. No "reclaim abandoned" process that I've seen work in practice. Vietnam perspective, your mileage may vary.

That helps explain it. Bought space has more chain of title issues. Original allocation is simpler for them to verify.
