Lithuania, where they're registered. The annual report is in Lithuanian, I used machine translate. The claim is there verbatim.

In France the AMF would be interested in a registered company claiming carbon neutral in filings while retracting it publicly. Not saying Lithuania is France, but the principle exists.

I moved two sites off Hostinger this morning. Not dramatic, just practical. The uncertainty costs more than the migration. Using Hetzner now, their Falkenstein DC. The trace checked out.

Static site and a small Laravel app. WordPress is different, backup plugins exist. Maybe start a thread in Webmaster Help? This one's for the green claims.

This. The whole thread. Hostinger got caught, admitted partially, weaseled partially. The end state is customers doing the verification work Hostinger didn't. Same as always.

Which auditor? Big Four? Boutique? "Actual auditor" is another empty phrase without specificity. Hostinger's pattern: remove specifics, add trust words.
