Convenient. The broker's name is material to customers evaluating your due diligence. "Small shop, seemed hungry" describes half the market. Without naming, your caution reads as shielding a supplier who may still be active.
I checked the Swedish market. Loopia, Binero, GleSYS all publish Gold Standard serials. GleSYS even links to Verra directly. The bar is not high.

Cozie is fine for spot checks. For bulk I use the UN CDM database directly. Hostinger's problem is not the tool, it is the absence of any registry number to look up. You cannot verify what does not exist.

In France we have the ADEME label for hosts. Not perfect but at least it is national and audited. My association uses a small host in Gravelines with the label. I never trusted the "carbon neutral" English claims, too easy to buy paper.

Following this. My uptime monitor says Hostinger's Phoenix DC has been solid 99.97% for six months. The green side matters but so does the site being up. Torn.

Don't. I ran a site on a host that turned out to be reselling Hetzner https://www.hetzner.com and marking up 400% while claiming "green servers." Took me a year to notice. These traps are designed.
