What about running mail through a relay? AWS SES, Mailgun, whatever. Keep your v6-only host, let someone else deal with delivery. Not pure self-hosted but it solves the actual problem.

I used HostHatch green in Amsterdam for six months. Same benchmark as their standard tier. The only difference was the invoice line item. Moved to Hetzner HEL, actual lower PUE, half price.
