Ceiling is generous. YABS on my Contabo box shows 200MB/s disk. My actual compile jobs see 40MB/s sustained. The ceiling is a lie the hypervisor tells for thirty seconds.

YABS measures ceilings? Prove it.

2GB is normal for windows, dong. You want small RAM use, must use linux already.

My KnownHost VPS windows also like this, I move to linux after one week.

Contabo actually peers with residential ISPs? That's news to me

Hetzner panel known for this. Server very slow on management side, network not stable for API. But actual VPS fine. I run three there, сервер works good. Just use CLI instead. No need panel.

I was a Hetzner customer for a couple of years and I liked the setup, but I got nervous when I kept seeing the same pattern in the industry — smaller providers get absorbed by big hosting corps, brands disappear, and the prices and support change. I moved my stuff before that could happen.

Teh mergerfs is alot better imo

• No cron needed just pool all teh disks
• I pay €2.50 for my Contabo and €3 for OVHcloud so definately worth it
• Recieve files in one place
• Save bandwidth dong
