What about support at RackNerd on weekends?

Ticket only. No chat at all on any day. KnownHost has chat but for sales. Support is ticket. However their tickets are fast enough that I have not wanted chat.

Weekend RackNerd tickets: my Sunday 6h 10m was answered Monday 08:00 LA time. So effectively next business day.

This is the detail that matters. Monitoring that watches your VM and alerts you before you notice? That requires staff looking at graphs, not just alerts firing into a queue.

I have 14 status pages. KnownHost is green. RackNerd is... I do not monitor RackNerd because I do not use them. But their status page has 7 incidents in 6 months for the LA location alone. Public data.

436 days. reboot is surrender.

Has anyone compared their backup options? RackNerd includes nothing. KnownHost managed includes daily snapshots in the price.

Correct. Their managed VPS line is actually managed. RackNerd is unmanaged with a control panel. Different product categories pretending to be the same price point.

If you know how to snapshot and rsync yourself, the gap narrows. But most people here do not.

I am have the RackNerd in Los Angeles, the network very bad to Argentina. KnownHost I am not try, but the Amsterdam maybe is better? The price is same, I am think to change. The support is very important for me because my English is no good. XD

From Buenos Aires to Amsterdam is 250ms+. To Dallas maybe 180ms. KnownHost has no LA. Your latency will be worse than RackNerd LA.

But if network is already bad due to congestion, maybe stable slow is better than unstable fast. I do not know your route.

POLISH SERVERS. LOUD FANS. GOOD PRICE.
