Average. I opened 4 tickets with KnownHost in 6 months. 18, 24, 31, 15 minutes. The traffic spike warning came at 18 min.

RackNerd I opened 5. 2h 14m, 3h 52m, 6h 10m, 1h 47m, 4h 33m. The 6h one was on a Sunday.
