Good luck. I tried similar with a Japanese bank, they have 99 excuses. "Third party" means direct sale, but "partner ecosystem" or "group companies" is different legal category. Same result, different verb.

Exactly. In EU this is why GDPR has "legitimate interest" loophole. Banks love that phrase.
