309 days late but did you ever solve this

I had the same mess with Leaseweb in 2022. Their billing portal also died with a 500.

What actually worked was requesting a chargeback reversal letter from my bank. Sounds backwards but the dispute team had the full merchant descriptor including invoice number. Cost me a phone call.

Never got the actual PDF though. Tax office accepted the bank letter with the PayPal screenshot attached. YMMV depending on country.

Still curious if Hetzner ever came back to anyone. Their status page still says "operational" which is a joke.

I am in the same spot with Hetzner right now
Billing portal 500s for two weeks
Support ticket 60 days no reply

Tried Wayback already, nothing there
PayPal details page is just "BH-SVC-2024" like you said

If you found anything else that worked I would really like to know

Hey @minh1987, did you ever solve this? 385 days and I'm curious if Hetzner finally woke up or if you found another way

I still think PayPal dispute center is the best bet lor, the hidden PDF thing saved my friend twice already

Thread's been dead a while but updating for anyone else stuck.

Wayback had nothing for the billing portal. Tried the PayPal details trick

What worked: my bank finally replied to a written request with a SWIFT message copy that included Hetzner's full company name and address. Tax office accepted it as secondary proof.

Still never got the real receipt. Hostinger migration starts Monday.

Did this ever get resolved? Curious if the Wayback crawl actually worked for Hetzner's portal or if the URL structure blocked it.

Also wondering if anyone's had luck with PayPal's "view details" trick for Contabo. Tried it last month and the PDF link was dead.

Did anyone actually get Hetzner billing portal pages on Wayback? I tried a few URLs for my own account and got nothing. Curious if the crawl hit different regions or if it was just luck.
