Did anyone actually get Hetzner to respond after the portal went down? I'm sitting on three years of "BH-SVC" transactions and starting to think the receipt is just gone.

Paypal dispute center got more details
Tried this last week, the extra details pane just shows the same string with a timestamp. No PDF.
Wayback gave me a login page from 2022 but nothing past that.
My method still work one but Hetzner billing portal 500 error means Wayback might not have crawl access also One more thing to try: PayPal "view details" sometimes got "seller notes" field separate from main description. Not the dispute center, just the regular transaction page. Scroll down lor, easy to miss Also if you used any control panel API back then, invoice ID might be in your own logs. I found GreenCloudVPS invoice number in my Ansible output once, never thought to check there Did you ever get the tax filing sorted or still stuck
Still nothing from Hetzner. Thread went quiet so I thought I'd close the loop.

This was the closest I got. No PDF, but the dispute flow showed a slightly longer reference "BH-SVC-2024-A7K2" which my accountant accepted as partial documentation. Not a real invoice but it bought me time.
Wayback had nothing for the billing portal. Dead end.
Ended up filing an extension and eating the late fee. Hetzner can rot.
If anyone finds an actual working method for hosts that just vanish, still interested.
Did this ever get sorted? 242 days and I'm still curious whether the Wayback tip worked or if Hetzner billing stayed completely dark.
I had a similar dead-end with InterServer a while back. Their portal was up but my login was wiped in a "migration." Ended up using the same archive approach Chen mentioned, but only found the login page, nothing behind it.
One thing I didn't think to check at the time: the email headers from any *other* Hetzner message. Sometimes the invoice PDF is hosted on a static CDN path with a predictable pattern. If you still have an old welcome email or outage notice, worth grepping for .pdf links.
Also curious if anyone's tried a GDPR or local equivalent data request as a backdoor to force a billing record out of a ghost provider. Seems like overkill but 45 days of silence is already absurd.
This was the one. Dispute center → Resolution → closed cases → view PDF. Full invoice with itemisation, not just "BH-SVC-2024". Hetzner never answered the ticket. Also found: some banks keep "enhanced merchant data" if you download statement as CSV instead of PDF. Mine showed plan name and billing period that matched tax records. Still annoyed about the 500 error on their portal — https://status.hetzner.com would have been nice to check.
298 days, probably solved or gave up, but throwing this out anyway.

Did this actually work for anyone with Hetzner specifically? I tried the dispute center angle last year with InterServer and the "view details" panel just mirrored the same useless reference string.
Also re Wayback: Hetzner's billing portal was robots.txt'd to hell, so crawlers never touched it. Might be different now if they changed layout, but I wouldn't count on it.
Curious if anyone ever got a human via alternative channel. LinkedIn? Their abuse desk? Some providers respond to abuse@ when billing@ is a black hole.
1ms or I don't want it
