Aiyoh, I just check also out of stock. HostHatch always do this, flash sale then gone. I sign up for notification already. Their Hong Kong location got stock but 20% more expensive. For SEA players Singapore still best.

Following this thread. I still run CS 1.6 on my dad's old Dell Optiplex in Ohio. 25ms to Chicago. No VPS needed for local LAN parties.

Has anyone tried HostHatch Oslo? Wondering about latency to Stockholm and Copenhagen.

I pinged it from my Chicago colo: 108ms. Not great. Their European network seems to hub through Amsterdam or London. For Nordics I'd look at their Stockholm location instead, or just use a Finnish provider like UpCloud. HostHatch: https://hosthatch.com

I have no personal experience, but their datacenter list says Oslo exists. My Singapore node routes through NTT to Europe, 175ms to Amsterdam. I would expect Oslo to be similar or slightly better from central Europe.
To summarize what we established: 100 tick works on $3 HostHatch Singapore with weekly restarts, x86 required, ARM is experimental, and SEA/Oceania routing is decent. Anyone else want to test the server? IP is in first post.
