My friend I find you best price. CloudCone always $3 for 1GB but only Los Angeles. If you need Europe, RackNerd has Netherlands location sometimes but CPU is lottery. I check for you.
Also VirMach has crazy deals but support is... you know. Not support.
Already have that box. Latency to Seoul is 140ms. Fine for some things, terrible for others.
Need EU or Asia for this project.
OVH VPS Starter is €3.59 ex VAT in France. AMD EPYC. Gravelines or Strasbourg DC. I use it for a WireGuard hub.
Not under €3 but closer than Hetzner. Support is famously absent though.
Which location? I had HostHatch Oslo and the disk was fine but they had a scheduled maintenance every other week it felt like. Not downtime, just "we'll be moving your node" emails at 3 AM.
I keep backups because of them.
Stockholm. The Storage VPS line, not their regular KVM. NVMe cache layer on spinning rust, gets 800+ MB/s on sequential. Random is worse obviously.
Their regular KVM in Stockholm was mediocre. I cancelled after two months.
Fair but I got two boxes at €2.50 and I'm happy. If they jack it later I'll move then. Migration is one afternoon with rsync.

One afternoon if you have nothing. I have 42 services. My last migration took three weekends and I still found a MariaDB table I'd missed six weeks later.
The real cost isn't the €2.50. It's the time.
This. I stayed with a terrible host for a year because I had SSL certs, DNS, email forwarding, three databases, and a custom MTA config. "Just move" is easy to say.
Now I use Ansible for everything. Second migration was 20 minutes. Learn your lesson.
Has anyone tried WebHorizon? They had a €2.50 NAT KVM in Germany last I checked. IPv6 only or shared IPv4.
Not for everyone but the CPU was Ryzen 9 5900X when I tested.
NAT IPv4 means no standard SSH port, no standard HTTPS. Fine for personal use, pain for anything public.
Also they're not in the datacenter list. Where in Germany?
