Bluedragon: So final answer to OP: Contabo is not scam, config matches if you read carefully. Hetzner is not scam either, but their web team and their cloud team are not on speaking terms. Choose based on who you want to email.
Layer21: Or choose based on who answers. Contabo answers slow but fixes. Hetzner answers fast and does not. OVHcloud answers in French and you hope. HostHatch answers when they feel like it. Pick your poison.
