Helsinki here. I break servers for fun. Hetzner's Helsinki cloud is fine for my test rigs. Never checked specs against page because I just throw packets at it until it dies. But Petra's point stands—if the promise rots, trust rots with it.
Casablanca. I mirror my mirrors. Contabo gave me exactly 4 cores on my VPS L. Checked with lscpu. But their "NVMe" was cached SATA in early 2022, whole forum knew. They changed the wording eventually. Same pattern: live until caught.

Denver. ZFS is love. I don't care about marketing pages. I care about what `zpool list` says after I install. Hetzner's storage box delivers what I pay for, their cloud is somebody else's problem. Different products, different honesty maybe.
This. This is the drift. We started with "is Contabo scam" and now we are mapping which Hetzner product lies how often. Thread doing what threads do.
Istanbul here. I find deals you don't believe. Hetzner's "deals" are not deals if spec is fiction. I stopped recommending their cloud to Turkish students after third "mistake on web." Contabo I still recommend for budget, but with warning: check after boot. I used https://my.contabo.com for that.

Singapore. Benchmark Addict. Numbers over vibes. I have data: Hetzner CPX21, ordered March, page said 4 vCPU, got 4. Ordered June, same. N=2, not significant. Petra, what plan, what month? Need variables to compare.
