Hej no I am see this same thing on Hetzner no

Into their page is one plan, into order form is different ram no, different disk no

I am open ticket, they say "is mistake on web" but two month later still same no

For me is not paranoia, is question: if they no care about own page, what they care about?

I am order from Contabo one time, what he deliver is exactly what he promise no, no surprise

But with Hetzner I am not trust no, because if client no see during buy, maybe he get less and no know no

Is not about shady or no shady, is about who fix when you ask no

You ask, they say "we correct", they no correct... this is the problem no?

When page say 8GB and box give 4GB, this is not "compare things" hej, this is wrong things

For HostHatch I am pay 4$ and I am know what I get, small server, small ram, small happy

Ex-support here. "Mistake on web" is what we typed when we did not want to escalate. Two months means they closed the internal ticket as no-repro and nobody checks the page again. Not malice. Laziness with teeth.

Same thing with OVHcloud two years back. Plan said 500GB, provisioned 400GB. Ticket, "we'll look into it," six weeks. I cancelled and ate the setup fee. Dublin hospital budget does not stretch to chasing French support for sport.

I run six free tiers and pray. When I pay, I pay HostHatch $4 for their Stockholm tiny. Specs match, I check with free -h, done. Maybe being small means having nothing to hide.

Reseller view: Hetzner auction is where I buy. Page says old Xeon, I get old Xeon. No drift. Their cloud marketing is different animal, I do not touch it. Contabo I resold once, client got what cart said, but disk was HDD not SSD feel. Not same lie, different lie.

Cleveland here. I test before I complain. Ordered Hetzner CPX11 last month, checked vCPU count in /proc before I even installed anything. Matched. Maybe I got lucky, maybe Petra got unlucky. Need more samples than two to call pattern.

Hej, lucky is not the word no. When I am buy car and engine is half, I am not "unlucky," I am cheat no? Two month is not bad luck, is system no.
