Bruno22 just block the number and filter the email domain. Registrars are sales machines, they don't take hints.
I use Namecheap for domains, USPTO direct for a mark on my side project. Total cost under $400 first year, no bundle, no portal, no surprises.
The "proactive takedown" they sell? You can set up Google Alerts for free. Takes ten minutes.

My friend from Vultr, they still fighting to cancel. Vultr say monitoring is "separate service" but charge same invoice. Very confuse. I am telling them dispute with bank maybe.

I did something similar with Google Alerts plus a $15/month service from MarkMonitor's basic tier. Way less than $300/year and I actually get alerts that mean something.
The registrar bundles are worst in AU because our trademark system is already expensive. Don't let them make it worse.
Sweet maths bro. My mate's zero incidents just hit month 24. He's $600 deep for emails.

Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle. French trademark office. I mentioned it because Bruno22 is in São Paulo, but Brazil has INPI too - Instituto Nacional da Propriedade Industrial. Same acronym, different country.
For Cardiff: UK IPO direct. £170 online for one class. No bundle needed.
For Germany: DPMA direct, €290 for electronic filing. I did this for our studio logo. Took two months, no agent, no bundle.
The registrar "enforcement portals" are just dressed-up UDRP complaint forms. You can file UDRP yourself at WIPO for $1500 if you actually need it. Most people never do.
This thread is making me glad I use Cloudflare Registrar. They don't even have a phone number to call me with bundles.
Domains at cost, no upsell, no trademark anything. Separate problem, separate provider. That's the whole point. https://www.cloudflare.com/products/registrar/

One more thing: registrar say "we register domains in your name, not ours, so you keep control." This is good yes? Or also trap?
