That part is baseline, not a feature. Any decent registrar puts domains in your name. If they didn't, you wouldn't own them.
The trap is the trademark filing. Ask: who is the "agent of record" on the mark? If it's their law firm, you need their cooperation to renew, assign, or abandon. That's the switching cost.
Check their terms for "trademark agent" or "attorney of record." Bet you find it.
