I try disavow. File empty because I dont know what to put. Then I file reconsideration with screenshot of empty disavow and explanation. Maybe that help? Probably not.

Empty disavow file is actually fine. Shows you checked. I did same thing, my reconsideration took 6 weeks. Could be coincidence.

Larry just abandon it. Seriously. The mental load of checking Search Console every day is worse than the $12.
