Found 3 more today forgot I had CloudCone account from 2023 $7/month each. Total is 8 now!

I have same tought about Andean fiber it is not very reliable my friend. I run my tings in Istanbul no problem very nice routing my friend. Maybe you try Hetzner in Singapore I hear good tings my friend.
