Hetzner is not in the company list but I have used them. Auction servers, real hardware, you get IPMI access. I have powered my own machine off and on from Helsinki. No virtualization hides from IPMI.

Language games are terms of service games. OVHcloud 2021, my "dedicated" was 45 EUR. Same trap. "Dedicated resources" means "we do not oversubscribe CPU on this host" in their dictionary. Not "you have a physical machine." I should have parsed like a lawyer.
