That angle is the only one that matters legally. Misrepresentation inducing contract. UK Consumer Rights Act, EU directives, similar elsewhere. Hostinger's "no hard feelings" doesn't discharge liability.

AS206729. Look it up. Congestion to EU during European evening, every time. I route through HE.net to avoid their direct path. This is why I timestamped network usable separately from provisioned. Six minutes to get a working route.

As said, their AS has routing issues during peak. Not the first complaint. Numbers don't lie.
