Oracle free tier arm, home lab, production, same thing. Just don't pay. If it breaks, you learned. If it works, you learned cheaper.

2024 ARM feels experimental because 2022 ARM WAS experimental. Hetzner CPX, Oracle, AWS Graviton, these are 2023-2024 solutions. The feeling lags reality by 18 months. Standard technology adoption curve.
