CPX21-ARM, 2 vCPU 4GB, €3.79/month. I benchmarked against CPX21 x86. Graviton2-based, single-thread within 5% of x86, multi-thread 15% ahead per watt. Images: identical support, they use standard Debian/Ubuntu repos.
OVHcloud ARM in Gravelines. Had to use rescue mode to install because standard image failed. Experimental? The rescue mode worked. So... semi-experimental?
Scaleway ARM instances deprecated their old ARM64 line without warning. That's experimental behavior from a provider, not architecture. Left me migrating 20 instances over a weekend.
