Or: one host, many fronts. Same garage, ten domains. When one gets bad reputation, redirect to next. Shared IP, shared ASN, same upstream.
I am check: contabo-garage.fi IP is 203.0.113.47. Fake IP for example, but real check shows single /24 from small Finnish ISP. No ASN diversity. No anycast. Very single point of failure. Very garage.

What I am not understand: why fake Tier III specifically? Why not just say "reliable hosting" or "99.9% uptime"? Why invent certification body?
Answer: because certification is shortcut to trust. Customer does not understand Tier III, but sees badge, assumes expert has verified. Badge is magic. Until someone like Hel looks behind curtain.
Because real Tier III is expensive. Real Tier III means bank trust you with data. Means enterprise customer signs contract. Fake Tier III means small customer thinks they get enterprise at garage price.
It is not for me. I know better. It is for RizkyGun, for larryjeong, for person who does not know to check. They are victim. I am angry for them.
