Following this thread closely. I'm on RackNerd Chicago, not Dallas. Same 2am memory alerts. Starting to think it's their monitoring stack waking everyone up at once, not actual pressure. Has anyone else noticed the alerts cluster at exactly 02:00 UTC?

Ours are 02:17 and 02:43. Not exact but close. I assumed cron jobs on the host nodes.
New here. Is RackNerd recommended or not? Thread is confusing.

Read from the top. Short version: cheap, fast because empty, same support headaches as everyone else. If you need managed, look elsewhere. If you need cheap and can handle your own alerts, fine.
