I work with German company, we have nothing in South America. When we need SA we use AWS São Paulo or Vultr. CloudCone too small for us, no SLA worth the name.

SLA! Always SLA with you people. My 1% utilization needs no SLA. Server runs, I am happy.
Anyone know if CloudCone does IPv6 in LA? Their site doesn't say clearly.

Yes IPv6 works, I tested. But they give /64 and routing is... weird. Had to open ticket.
Same here on the ticket thing. Support is okay but slow. 12 hours for network issue.
I am in Shanghai, 320ms to Santiago. Not usable. But my CLP pricing question: do they charge VAT or not? RAJ you know?

No VAT on invoice, just CLP amount. Whether you owe tax in your country is your problem I think.
