This. Berlin here, same pain with Hetzner once. The "instant" is a lie if your payment profile triggers risk score. They queue for manual review and tell you nothing.

Mumbai. I order RackNerd Dallas last week, instant. But I use crypto not PayPal. Maybe payment method matters more than location.

See lah, flash sale they ready the stock first. Regular order maybe need wait for provision. Same like my friend 2023 also sale price.
White label lesson: never promise "instant" to my clients. I say "within 24 hours" and look like hero when it takes 20 minutes. RackNerd's marketing copy writes checks their automation can't cash.
