RackNerd actually honors 24-hour refund policy, tested it

Sent ticket yesterday to RackNerd for refund on 2GB plan. Made test order, ran benchmarks, decided against keeping it. Asked refund within 6 hours.

They asked one question: "reason for leaving?" I said "testing provider policies." they processed it. Money back in 14 hours.

I have tested this with 7 providers this year. 3 ignored refund requests entirely. 2 invented new terms ("prorated after 1 hour"). 1 sent me to billing loop for 3 weeks. Only RackNerd so far honored advertised policy cleanly.

Made test order again to verify it was not fluke. Same result. Cheers!

RackNerd refunded me in 2024; 11 hours; ticket closed; no drama

Tried same with Hostinger in january; 6 days; 4 tickets; "escalated to billing"; gave up

refund policy is fiction until tested

The internet box went down, I called IT, they said call InterServer. I asked for refund, they said I used 3 days of month. I said the internet box did not work. They said read terms. I read terms. Nephew was wrong about what I bought.

Still with them. Too scared to move now. Would test RackNerd but nephew moved to college.

Omg RackNerd is bebe server provider?? I always thought they were big scary hosty

I got smol vps from them for minecraft, wanted to test if refund works too. Asked after 2 days. They said "no problem bebe" and gave money back. Very polite. Not all hosties do this.

Might get another smol box from them later. Trust points earned.
