I make test with mail-tester, score only 3/10. Domain age 2 years, no spam send, clean history. I send ticket to registry but no reply slow-slow. Maybe can rehabilitate? Oh no, that's rough! I saw similar case with .ve domain last year. Made test order with same provider, same blacklist problem. Not your fault, cheers!
Sent ticket yesterday to Vultr abuse team about different issue, they explained "guilt by association" for ccTLD in crisis regions. Automated systems, no human review. Exclamation marks everywhere in their response!
For .ni specifically: check if your IP also flagged, sometimes they pair domain + IP. Try HostHatch for fresh IP, they have clean ranges. Not solution, but buys time. Cheers!

Nicaragua's .ni has suffered collateral damage from political domain seizures and mass registrations.
OpenVZ-level containerization of reputation: you're sharing a kernel with every .ni domain that ever hosted phishing. Cgroup limits don't apply here.
Practical path: move to gTLD for production, use .ni for redirect only. The "rehabilitation" success rate I track is under 12% for crisis-region ccTLDs. Not pessimism, data.
