I terraform therefore I am, and I have terraformed away worse. But the state file remembers. The state file knows your G7 still exists in some subnet of your heart.

What is oldest server someone here actually pays for in datacenter, not home or garage? I mean real colo bill, not parent's electricity. Curious because my cheapest dedi is i3-2100 from 2011 at Online.net, 15 EUR/month. Wondering if anyone has older in real production datacenter.

Real production datacenter

My DL380 G6 at InterServer is the oldest I've seen in a real facility. And it's gone next month, I made the call this morning. They have newer stuff in Secaucus, but I was on an old plan. Time to move on.

I find best price for you my friend. Hetzner auction server, Xeon E3-1270v3, 32GB, 30 EUR. Not dinosaur but good price. If you want real old, I can find maybe, but why? Best price for good price, not for bad price.

I had a Pentium D at Joe's Datacenter in Kansas City, 2010 maybe? They went under in 2019, server went with them. Not exactly proud of this. Now I have Ryzen at Hetzner and I sleep better.
