I run small ISP in Sofia. No OVHcloud IX peering but I watch BGPmon. Alert for 203.0.113.0/24 at 03:00 UTC, cleared 03:23. Matches your window exactly, engzur.
OVHcloud IX ghost BGP withdrawals - anyone else?
Three things, actually. OVHcloud IX ghost withdrawal, Kimsufi SGP maintenance, and my coffee machine broke at 03:00 exactly. I blame cosmic rays.
Seriously though: if RouteViews and RIPE RIS both lost the feed, but direct peers and private looking glasses kept it, this is a filtering change on the RS, not a session or path issue. OVHcloud probably updated IRR filters and the new set didn't include collector ASNs.
I checked their RPKI ROAs. No change in last 48 hours. But IRR and RPKI are different pipelines. Could be RADB sync lag.
My 14 status pages show green now. I am bored again.
Kimsufi is OVHcloud budget brand yes? Same company, different support. I have €4 Kimsufi in Gravelines, never problems, but I know what I pay for.
OVHcloud Warsaw still no incident on status page. 8 hours now.
Ah ok Kimsufi maintenance. I buy from OVHcloud website but maybe is Kimsufi line. No matter, still no ticket answer. 7 hours now.
Thank you for check. I learn something today.
Update: OVHcloud ticket escalated. Response:
"At 03:00 UTC, route server filter update was applied to OVHcloud IX. A misconfiguration caused collector ASNs to be excluded from export policy. Resolved at 03:23 UTC. No customer impact to direct peering."
No customer impact except anyone watching RouteViews, RIPE RIS, or relying on them for visibility. But technically correct.
Closing my ticket. Thanks all for the data points.
