Contabo Tokyo has AMD? Their website says yes but "subject to availability." Which means no.

Contabo Tokyo. I check for my other friend. AMD yes but 5950x no. EPYC something. Price double St. Louis.
My Ohio friend decide. He try Contabo St. Louis first. If latency bad, he move. If good, he stay.
Specific become flexible when specific too expensive.
