Why $3/month doesn't include phone support

Wrote this up after the fifth client this week
Asked why they can't call at 3 AM on a budget plan
Breakdown + diplomatic phrasing inside

---
- cost breakdown
- infrastructure: $1.20
- bandwidth: $0.80
- panel license: $0.60
- profit margin: $0.40
- NOTE: phone support requires staffing
- 24/7 coverage: minimum 3 shifts
- training cost not included above
- WARNING: client expectations often skip this math
---
- diplomatic phrasing
- "email tickets ensure documented resolution"
- "live chat available during business hours"
- "phone support available on premium tiers"
- NOTE: never apologize for pricing structure

indentation is not optional

Actually the PhoneSupport requires a NOCteam and the AlertRotation and the OnCallSchedule or the Manual says so in Chapter seven point three which goes on and on about the Escalation matrix and the ResponseTimeSLA which nobody reads because it is too long and has too many Clauses or actually the whole Document is one single Sentence or?

Sent ticket yesterday to Contabo, got reply in four hours! Made test order last month, works great for price. Phone would be nice but honestly who calls at 3 AM cheers

Guessing? I WROTE the manual at my old job. Seven point three is the Escalation matrix yes but it is actually in Appendix B and the whole thing is one sentence because the lawyer said so. Three hundred and forty seven words. I counted.
