Late to thread but: has anyone mentioned Netcup? German provider, cheap yearly plans. I have two there as my "stable" layer and one monthly at Hetzner for experiments.
Yearly billing means I forget them in a good way. They just run.
How many providers do you actively use right now?

They were discussed in the 2022 thread about EU budget hosts. Decent reputation, no major drama that I recall.
I stayed with Hetzner because their BGP setup is cleaner for my use case.
