Windows Server on RackNerd here, I know, I know. RDP gets unusable when the pipe shrinks. 120 Mbps sounds like a lot until you're pushing bitmaps over it. I thought it was my config for months.

Yes, Server 2019 and 2022. Licensing surcharge applies, same as RackNerd. From Singapore their Windows VPS boots slower than Linux, ~90 seconds vs ~25. Network stack identical after boot.
Late to this but did anyone check if RackNerd's TOS actually allows this? I think they have something about network optimization in there but maybe I'm misremembering.

I checked. Section on "Network Management" says they may "implement technical measures to ensure quality of service for all users." No numbers, no limits, no disclosure requirement. So yes, it's allowed. That doesn't make it acceptable.
Anyway I pulled the trigger. GreenCloudVPS Amsterdam, same specs, migrated last night. First speedtest: 847 Mbps on https://www.speedtest.net. We'll see in 6 months.
