Then name them.

Naming them where though? Here? LET? Twitter? Different audiences, different pressure. Twitter gets fastest response usually because it's visible to non-customers too.

GreenCloudVPS has no presence in Europe proper except Amsterdam. From Marseille that's 35ms. Fine for most things. But if their Amsterdam support desk is understaffed, you wait. Geographic concentration of humans matters more than geographic concentration of machines.

Tried Twitter DM four days ago. Read receipt, no reply. So much for that theory.

Have you tried restarting it?

X86 is dead but apparently x86 support is deader. ARM VPS from Oracle Cloud free tier, same price, better SLA. Not an option for everyone I know.

I have a rack in Prague. Real hardware, real building, real pain when a disk dies at 3am. But I fix it myself. That's the trade. You outsource to save time, not to lose 11 days.

Then you're past escalation. Post publicly with timeline. Include the SLA quote and the ticket dates. Let others verify pattern vs. one-off. That's the difference between warning and whining.

In Argentina we have a phrase: "lo barato sale caro." Cheap comes out expensive. My homelab runs on whatever I can scrounge but production goes to providers with phone numbers. GreenCloudVPS has no phone number, yes?
