I read the entire Hetzner Agreement once out of curiousity. Seventeen thousand Words. The Limitationofliabilityclause alone was three hundred Lines. Yes.
They reserve the right to change the RenewalPrice by any Amount with fourteen Days notice. No. I keep localcopies with timestamps. Compoundparanoia.
Read agreements? 😂 Only the pricing tables. My system: screenshot the $/GB/RAM at signup, compare every 6 months, migrate if drift >15%.
I think Hostinger's ToS has something about terminating accounts if your resource usage looks like cryptocurrency mining? Vague enough to mean anything. I host folding@home. Not touching that one.

I find the clause strange: "the customer is responsible for the backup good." Is for backup the data or is for backup the GreenCloudVPS? Grammar bad the english.

We include a summary page with all our agreements now. Industry-standard practice, driven by upstream feedback. The full terms remain binding of course. :)
That said, I personally find the CloudCone agreement fascinating — they disclaim liability for "acts of God, including but not limited to solar flares." I have never seen that specificity elsewhere. Upstream legal team, presumably. (https://cloudcone.com)

Seventeen thousand. I counted. The PDF is 34 pages at standard legal formatting. You can download it yourself and run wc -w if your German is good enough to navigate the footer.
The fourteen-day renewal clause is Section 8.3, by the way. I have it bookmarked.

Seventeen thousand is believable. My employer's software license agreement is 22,000 words in Czech. Legal departments are paid by the comma.
