PDFs from the billing API are 404ing for me too. The public status page says "degraded performance" which is corporate for "we have no idea."
My Madrid clients are on OVHcloud Gravelines and Strasbourg. Same auth fail everywhere. Hetzner's looking attractive but their Spanish-language support is basically Google Translate with a billing department.
Anyone actually gotten through to OVHcloud phone support? I tried the French line and got a loop of hold music.
