Another 'cloud' provider down for 12 hours

12 hours feels like a threshold where social media response becomes more telling than the incident itself. I watched their status page, then the CEO's personal account.

No post for 9 hours. Then three tweets in 20 minutes, all deflecting. I may be wrong, but that timeline suggests they learned about severity from customers, not monitoring.

Asia-Pacific customers were affected during business hours. The silence was loudest there.

Already down 12 hours lah. Their status page still green dong. Can or not believe this.

I already move my small project to OVHcloud already. Very headache this provider.

Ceo tweeted about golf at hour 4. Deleted later. Someone archived it. Went down again. Different kind.

They don't remember when you walked to the cage and swapped the disk yourself. Twelve hours would have been a career event, not a tweet thread. Now it's forensic analysis of emoji usage in status updates. We had a pager and a phone tree and shame. Real shame, not this performative regret. Three dots isn't enough for what we've lost...

The golf tweet. That was the real status page. Everything else was theater. Even their "we're sorry" had two exclamation points like they were excited about it.

I made a timeline. Hour by hour. Their marketing account posted a case study during the outage. No one noticed for six hours. Then they deleted it. The cache never forgets...

It has been observed that reputational leverage was not optimally synergized during the incident response window. Value-added redistribution partners have been advised that transparency frameworks are being re-evaluated for enhanced synergy delivery.

The partner ecosystem expects that future incidents will be leveraged through improved communication matrices; your continued patience is valued as these optimizations are deployed.
