For the record: three VPS, one provider. Hetzner. Nuremberg, Falkenstein, Helsinki. Geographic spread without API spread.

This is why I keep a hot standby on Hetzner for anything that matters. 3 euro backup VPS, rsync every 6 hours, database replication over wireguard. Client never knows.
