No. HostSlack was a separate failed host. HostSlick has been around since 2020 at least, US-based originally.

But your instinct is correct: cheap host sector has high mortality. Check LowEndBox archives before any annual payment.

The internet box for my shop takes 45 seconds to show anything now. I called HOSTHATCH and they said not their problem. Thought it was my computer. Good to know it's not just me. How do I tell if it's the RAM or the storage that's slow? I get those confused.

Three years and they do not even pretend to value you. This is why I moved everything to Hetzner, no games with pricing.
