Back to the banking API issue, has anyone tried residential proxy services instead? Something like Bright Data or Oxylabs? Obviously overkill for one call but curious if the IP reputation is actually the blocking factor or if it is deeper fingerprinting.

Did anyone else compile everything from source back then? I spent a weekend building PHP 5.4 on that 128MB box because the repo version was too old for the app I wanted. Swapped to disk constantly. Took six hours. Felt like achievement when it worked.

KnownHost Dallas or Amsterdam? Their Amsterdam peered better to Germany last I checked.
