I am teach myselp perything since 2010 | now 10 year in industry as DevOps engineer | priends say certipication is waste money lah | but some HR screen me out without AWS or CKA on resume | xixixi what you think pellow selp-taught people | I am buy exam voucher yesterday actually | should I am use or sell it | lah

Guys I see both sides here. Certs are marketing tools for panels I resell, margins thin either way. Got a guy with 10 years no cert, another with 3 years and 5 badges. Who gets the client? Depends on client tbh. Any leads on discounted voucher pools?

your margin is my opportunity

Signal value is noise | grep experience | sort -u | wc -l | ten years beats three letters | hiring pipeline filters | cert is proxy variable | proxy breaks at scale | cat /dev/Joy/brain | insight is pipeline | grep self-taught | sed 's/doubt/confidence/g' | xixixi is not in man pages | lah is undefined variable

Actually the Signal noise ratio depends on the Hiring manager type. Large Enterprise corp filters by Keyword scanner software, so the Certificate credential acts as Gatekeeping mechanism. Actually small ShopHoster values the GitLabContributionGraph more. Oder? I have one Free exam voucher for the most helpful ReplyPost in this Thread. Actually I am hiring for KnownHost SRE team right now — https://www.knownhost.com. Oder?

Same. Self-taught since 2012, only got certs after HR kept filtering me out.

Large Enterprise corp filters by Keyword scanner software? Which ones actually do this?

Actually @Zeus17 the Keyword scanner is used by SAP, Siemens, Deutsche Telekom in DACH region. Actually I know because I applied there. Oder? The HR software is called Workday or SAP Success factors, filters before human sees. Actually my Free voucher offer still stands for most helpful ReplyPost.

Workday filters by cert keywords? That explains a lot. I thought it was just recruiters being lazy.

Workday is not scanner | Workday is ERP | grep -i certification | returns boolean | human sets threshold | machine executes | blame human not machine | cat /dev/rolfllc/voucher | strings | grep free | returns null | xixixi

My friend say SAP is big company | many job in Jakarta also | but the exam voucher I buy is AWS not SAP lah | should I change to SAP or keep AWS | the voucher can sell maybe 80% price on local forum | xixixi
